Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with concurrent SEC-registered Schedule B debt offerings by KEXIM of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 2.25% notes due 2020 and US$1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 2.875% notes due 2025.  

KEXIM is an official export credit agency providing comprehensive export credit and guarantee programs to support Korean enterprises conducting overseas business.
