Ramz advises lenders and borrowers on a variety of lending transactions, including leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, asset-based financings, debtor-in-possession lending and restructuring-related transactions. His practice covers both the U.S. and international cross-border markets. Ramz is a member of the board of directors of the Muslim Bar Association of New York.
