We advised Figure Acquisition Corp. I, a SPAC, on its IPO and NYSE listing

Davis Polk advised Figure Acquisition Corp. I on its $287.5 million initial public offering of 28,750,000 units. Each unit had an initial offering price of $10 and consists of one share of Class A Common Stock and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant. The units, the shares and the warrants are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

I is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. It intends to focus its search for businesses in the financial technology and financial services sector.
