Travis advises public and private companies, boards and compensation committees on a wide variety of complex executive compensation matters, particularly in connection with M&A, IPOs, spinoffs and other transactions. He advises companies at all stages in their life cycle, from early-stage and pre-IPO companies to mature, large-cap public companies.
Travis has extensive experience in the design and implementation of cash and equity incentive compensation arrangements; severance, change in control and retention arrangements; and related corporate governance and disclosure issues. He also advises companies and executives in connection with senior leadership transitions, including the negotiation of sensitive executive employment and separation arrangements.
