Davis Polk advised EQT AB (publ) on its initial public offering of shares and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. The offering comprised 190,596,780 shares, of which existing EQT shareholders sold 103,961,880 shares. Certain existing EQT shareholders have also granted the managers an overallotment option in respect of up to an additional 10,396,188 shares. The total value of the offering amounted to SEK13.5 billion (approximately $1.4 billion), assuming full exercise of the overallotment option.
