Davis Polk is advising S&P Global on the separation of its mobility segment, S&P Global Mobility, into a stand-alone public company. S&P Global expects to complete the separation within 12 to 18 months, subject to the satisfaction of customary legal and regulatory requirements and approvals.

In fiscal year 2024, the mobility segment generated $1.6 billion in revenue, a year-over-year increase of approximately 8%.
