Brian is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices. He advises on a broad range of public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures and related matters across a number of industries, including technology, media and communications, biotech and pharmaceuticals, and financial services and fintech. His experience includes a wide variety of U.S. and international mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Brian was named a “Rising Star” by New York Law Journal in 2020, a “Rising Star: Media & Entertainment” by Law360 in 2019 and one of “Hollywood’s Top 20 Dealmakers of 2019” by the Hollywood Reporter.
