Michael advises U.S. and non-U.S. corporate, real estate and private equity fund clients on the tax aspects of initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, spinoffs and other major transactions, including structured financings. His clients have included many corporate and financial institutions including Bausch + Lomb, Clarivate, Emerson, Morgan Stanley, MSCI, Pfizer, Reckitt, Roche, S&P Global, Uniti Group and VF.
