Prosus $12 billion program update and €750 million notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2035
Davis Polk advised the arranger in connection with the update of Prosus N.V.’s $12 billion global medium-term note program.
Davis Polk also advised the underwriters as initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Prosus of €750 million principal amount of 4.343% notes due 2035 under the program.
