We advised NatWest Markets on its investment-grade notes offering

Davis Polk advised NatWest Markets Plc in connection with an offering under its $10 billion 144A medium-term notes program of $850 million aggregate principal amount of 4.174% senior notes due 2028, $850 million aggregate principal amount of 4.412% senior notes due 2030 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate senior notes due 2028. The notes will be listed on the London Stock Exchange.
