Amazon.com $10 billion notes offering
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with a $10 billion SEC-registered debt offering by Amazon.com, Inc., consisting of $1 billion of its 0.400% notes due 2023, $1.25 billion of its 0.800% notes due 2025, $1.25 billion of its 1.200% notes due 2027, $2 billion of its 1.500% notes due 2030, $2.5 billion of its 2.500% notes due 2050 and $2 billion of its 2.700% notes due 2060.
