Tim Graulich and David Schiff speak at the 24th Annual International Insolvency Conference
On June 9 and 11, 2024, Davis Polk partners Tim Graulich and David Schiff will be among the speakers at International Insolvency Institute’s 24th Annual International Insolvency Conference.
On June 9, David will speak on the “NextGen Class XIII-Treatment of Digital Assets, ICO’s and Cryptocurrencies in Insolvency Proceeding” panel. Panelists will discuss lessons learned from the failures of various players in the digital assets space.
On June 11, Tim will speak on the “Developing a Market for DIP Financing” panel. Topics to be discussed include the market, legal, economic, regulatory, cultural and institutional barriers that may be preventing countries from developing a market for DIP financing as well as different steps and strategies for the development of a DIP financing market.
