On October 17, 2023, Davis Polk counsel Jonathan Chang will be among the speakers at Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre’s 2023 Hong Kong Arbitration Week. Jonathan will moderate the “Investor Information Rights: All bark and no bite? Maximising their effectiveness” panel.

Panelists will discuss the practical utility of information rights negotiated for by investors in private companies, including key considerations for parties when negotiating rights, issues that can arise when seeking to enforce those rights in arbitration or otherwise and what strategies to consider for maximizing effectiveness of those rights.
