Davis Polk partner Ashok Ramani will be among the speakers at the 2018 Advanced Patent Law Institute. Co-organized by Berkeley and Stanford Law Schools, the Advanced Patent Law Institute (APLI) offers an in-depth look at the latest developments in patent law and practice. The institute will bring together a distinguished roster of practitioners, in-house counsel, judges and senior executive branch officials. Ramani will be speaking on the subject of damages in patent cases.
