Mr. Gibbons is an associate in Davis Polk's Corporate Department, practicing in the Capital Markets Group. His practice includes advising both corporate and financial institution clients in a variety of industries on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, public and private high-yield, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings and liability management and debt restructuring transactions. He also advises clients on governance, corporate and securities law matters.
