The IPO comprised a primary offering of 29,464,286 ordinary shares, including 4,464,286 ordinary shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, and a secondary offering of 4,761,905 ordinary shares by Koninklijke DSM N.V. The ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PTHN.”
