Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Equinor ASA of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 1.750% fixed-rate notes due 2026 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 2.375% fixed-rate notes due 2030, guaranteed by its subsidiary, Equinor Energy AS.
