Davis Polk advised Telefónica del Perú in connection with the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of its S/1.7 billion aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior notes due 2027.

Based in Lima, Telefónica del Perú is the largest telecommunications company in Peru in terms of accesses and revenue, and is a market leader across several telecommunications platforms, including mobile telephony, broadband, fixed telephony and paid TV services.
