Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with the $468.6 million initial public offering of 21,300,000 shares of common stock of BrightView Holdings, Inc. BrightView’s common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BV.” 

BrightView is a provider of commercial landscaping services, ranging from landscape maintenance and enhancements to tree care and landscape development. BrightView serves a broad range of end market verticals, including corporate and commercial properties, HOAs, public parks, hotels and resorts, hospitals and other health care facilities, educational institutions, restaurants and retail and golf courses, among others. BrightView is a portfolio company of KKR.
