$1.08 Billion Financing for Inovalon’s Acquisition of ABILITY Network

Davis Polk advised the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $980 million term facility and a $100 million revolving facility for Inovalon, the proceeds of which were used to finance Inovalon’s acquisition of ABILITY Network and refinance certain of its existing credit facilities.

The company’s software platform permits it to serve over 44,000 acute, post-acute and ambulatory point-of-care provider facilities
