Comparison of digital asset legislative proposals
Digital asset legislation is on the (perhaps distant) horizon. We have started to see legislative proposals, some of which are meant to create a regulatory framework for all digital assets and others for certain classes of digital assets. Since there have been many summaries of these proposals, we think we can be most helpful by comparing the bills to each other so that market participants can begin to understand the common themes emerging through the legislative process.
