Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered debt offering by Uber Technologies, Inc., consisting of €750 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.750% senior notes due 2029, €1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.125% senior notes due 2032, €1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.375% senior notes due 2034, €1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.750% senior notes due 2038 and €750 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.250% senior notes due 2046.
