We advised Roche on the transaction

Davis Polk advised Roche on its acquisition of SAGA Diagnostics. Roche will pay total consideration of up to $595 million, inclusive of commercial and regulatory milestone payments. Following the transaction, SAGA’s Pathlight molecular residual disease platform will be fully integrated into Foundation Medicine, an independent affiliate of the Roche group.
