We advised the underwriters on the SPAC IPO and Nasdaq listing

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of 20,000,000 units of PWP Forward Acquisition Corp. I, for aggregate proceeds of $200 million. The units are now trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under “FRWAU.”

Led by women and founded with the focus on enhancing access to public financing for companies that are founded by, led by or enrich the lives of women, PWP Forward Acquisition Corp. I is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.

The initial public offering featured female-led underwriting, legal and accounting teams.
