We advised Mobileye on the registered secondary offering

Davis Polk advised Mobileye Global Inc. in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 38,500,000 shares of Class A common stock by a subsidiary of Intel Corporation as the selling stockholder for approximately $1.617 billion in total gross proceeds. The shares of Class A common stock are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “MBLY.”

Mobileye is a leader of the mobility revolution with its autonomous driving and driver-assistance technologies, harnessing world-renowned expertise in computer vision, artificial intelligence, mapping and data analysis. Since its founding in 1999, Mobileye has pioneered such groundbreaking technologies as REM crowdsourced mapping, True Redundancy sensing and Responsibility Sensitive Safety (RSS). To date, more than 140 million vehicles worldwide have been built with Mobileye technology inside. In 2022 Mobileye listed as an independent company separate from Intel, which retains majority ownership.
