Chris advises clients on structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial arrangements with a focus on the energy, data centers and digital infrastructure, technology and communications sectors. He has experience with complex commercial agreements related to the development and sale of renewable and conventional power projects, as well as broader project development, operations and maintenance agreements and other services arrangements.
Chris also advises on a wide range of corporate and strategic transactions, including manufacturing, development, supply, hosting, reseller and outsourcing agreements, IP and platform licensing arrangements, and IP-asset backed financings. He advises on IP and technology-related aspects of M&A, joint ventures, collaborations, financings, restructurings and capital markets offerings.
