Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with the $591 million public offering by Joby Aviation, Inc. of 35,075,000 SEC-registered shares of common stock, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriter of its option to purchase additional shares. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “JOBY.”

Joby Aviation is a California-based transportation company developing an all-electric, vertical take-off and landing air taxi, which it intends to operate as part of a fast, quiet and convenient service in cities around the world.
