The investment-grade offering included multiple tranches of notes

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.500% notes due 2028, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.875% notes due 2031 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.750% notes due 2051 by The Home Depot, Inc.

The Home Depot is the world’s largest home improvement retailer, with 2,298 retail stores throughout the United States (including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the territories of the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam), Canada and Mexico.
