Dylan represents U.S. and non-U.S. companies and financial institutions on public and private capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other equity offerings, investment-grade and high-yield debt financings, and liability management transactions. He also advises on governance, regulatory compliance and other corporate matters. His experience ranges across sectors, including fintech and digital assets, technology, consumer, healthcare, industrials and energy.
Dylan practiced in Davis Polk’s Tokyo office from 2021-2023, where he worked on cross-border corporate finance and strategic transactions.
