We advised GenFleet Therapeutics on the placement

Davis Polk advised GenFleet Therapeutics (Shanghai) Inc. on its placement of 13,600,000 new H shares under general mandate, at a placing price of HK$34.69 per H share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately HK$471.8 million (approximately HK$466.9 million net of commission and expenses).

GenFleet Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company with proven success in developing RAS-pathway targeted therapies. It is focused on developing novel treatment options in the fields of oncology, covering different lines of treatment of multiple solid tumors, as well as autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Davis Polk also advised GenFleet Therapeutics on its HK$1.93 billion IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in September 2025.
