Xin is an associate in our Corporate practice, currently practicing as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong. He focuses on both equity and debt capital markets transactions in China and the United States.
Xin advises issuers and financial institutions across a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, pre-IPO investments, PIPE investments and Rule 144A / Regulation S high-yield debt offerings. In addition, he advises companies on stock exchange, SEC reporting and disclosure and corporate matters.
His practice includes companies in the technology, consumer, biotech and financial services sectors.
