We advised the bank on numerous issues leading up to the sale of deposits and certain assets to Flagstar Bank by the FDIC

Davis Polk advised Signature Bridge Bank on various legal, regulatory and corporate governance matters related to its creation, operation and exit from bridge bank status. Substantially all of its deposits and certain of its assets were acquired by Flagstar Bank, a subsidiary of New York Community Bancorp, Inc., from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
