Davis Polk advised (i) the joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners and (ii) the administrative agent in connection with a $650 million incremental term facility for Energizer Holdings, Inc. The proceeds of the facility will be used to redeem existing senior unsecured notes of Energizer and for general corporate purposes.
