We advised the sales agents on the offering

Davis Polk advised the sales agents in connection with the SEC-registered at-the-market offering of Ascentage Pharma Group International of its American depositary shares for up to an aggregate amount of $200 million. The ADSs are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “AAPG.”

Ascentage Pharma is a global, commercial-stage, integrated biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery, development and commercialization of novel, differentiated therapies to address unmet medical needs in cancer. Ascentage Pharma is dual listed on the HKEX and Nasdaq.
