We advised Antares Capital on the formation, fundraise and related matters for Antares SLF III

Antares Capital LP announced the closing of its third Senior Loan Fund (SLF III) with approximately $8.5 billion in total commitments for SLF III and related strategy vehicles, exceeding initial targets. Davis Polk advised Antares in connection with the formation, fundraise and related matters for SLF III.

Drawing on its long-standing presence in the North American private credit market, Antares constructs diversified portfolios of primarily senior secured loans across U.S. and Canadian borrowers. Investors in SLF III include employees alongside family offices, asset managers, insurance companies and other global institutions. The fundraise saw broad participation from both new and existing investors, highlighting confidence in Antares’ platform and continued institutional demand for private credit.

For three decades, Antares Capital has sought to deliver disciplined, dependable credit solutions.
