Mikaela Dealissia

Advises clients on IP, technology and data privacy matters arising from a variety of corporate, M&A, commercial, licensing and other strategic transactions.
Mikaela is a member of our IP & Commercial Transactions practice and interdisciplinary Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice. She advises clients on IP, technology, commercial and data privacy issues arising in strategic transactions such as M&A transactions, JVs, commercial and licensing arrangements, collaborations, financings, restructurings and securities offerings.
Mikaela has extensive experience structuring, negotiating and drafting bespoke commercial arrangements across a range of industries, including regarding data use and monetization, outsourcing, manufacturing, supply and distribution, branding and sponsorship. She counsels clients on data privacy and AI advisory matters, including regarding the development, use and commercialization of their products and services.
In her pro bono practice, Mikaela advises a variety of arts and education-focused nonprofits, including Lincoln Center and iCivics. She was a member of the New York City Bar’s 2021 Associate Leadership Institute.
