Davis Polk partner Margaret Tahyar will testify before the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs at a hearing on “Guidance, Supervisory Expectations, and the Rule of Law: How do the Banking Agencies Regulate and Supervise Institutions?” The hearing will examine how banking agencies supervise and regulate financial institutions.

The hearing will be held on April 30, 2019, in Washington DC.
