Davis Polk partner Denis McInerney will be among the speakers at the New York City Bar Association’s 7th Annual Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute. McInerney will be a speaker on the “White Collar Litigation Trends” panel, which will provide a comprehensive overview of recent trends, developments and cutting-edge issues in securities litigation, regulation and enforcement.
