On October 27, 2021, Davis Polk partner Michael Hong will be among the speakers at Markets Group’s Private Equity US Fall Forum. Michael will moderate the “Navigating Fund Operations & Formation: Regulatory and Structural Considerations” panel. Topics discussed will include the key structural considerations and legal complexities of forming, launching and operating a private equity fund, as well as look at recent regulatory developments that have impacted fund managers and investors with respect to fees and expenses, co-investments and conflict of interest.

Michael will also interview Hans Tung, a managing partner at GGV Capital, as part of the program’s keynote interview.
