On June 17, 2025, Davis Polk partner and Restructuring practice co-head Marshall Huebner and partner Darren Klein will be among the speakers at American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2025 New York City Bankruptcy Conference.

Marshall will speak on the “Does Chapter 11 Still Work?” panel.

Darren will speak on the “Confirmation Issues” panel. Topics discussed will include an update on mass torts, insurer issues and equitable mootness (Serta), including the exculpation and unequal treatment of creditors under § 1123(a)(4).
