In “Recent Developments in Fund Financing: Hybrid Facilities, Insider Leverage and Overcall Limitations,” Dworkin and Hait examine and contrast the typical structures and collateral securing Subscription Facilities and NAV Facilities, as well as recent developments with respect to such facilities, including the increasing use of hybrid facilities.
