Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with the $138.2 million secondary offering of 10,240,000 common shares of IRSA Propiedades Comerciales S.A. in the form of 2,560,000 American Depositary Shares by IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. IRSA Propiedades Comerciales’ ADSs are listed on the NASDAQ Global Market and its common shares are listed for trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A., in each case under the symbol “IRCP”.

IRSA Propiedades Comerciales (together with its subsidiaries) owns, develops and manages commercial real estate properties, which consist primarily of shopping malls and office buildings throughout Argentina.
