Five Davis Polk deals selected as LatinFinance 2023 “Deals of the Year”
Davis Polk advised on five deals recognized at LatinFinance’s annual Deals of the Year awards. The awards recognize outstanding transactions as well as the people and institutions that made them happen.
The firm advised on the following winning deals:
- Subnational Deal of the Year: COPEL $1 billion privatization
- Corporate High-Grade Bond of the Year: JBS $2.5 billion dual tranche bonds
- Restructuring of the Year: LATAM $2.75 billion DIP financing
- Initial Public Offering of the Year: Vesta $445 million IPO
- Cross-Border M&A Deal of the Year: VINCI airports $1.17 billion Acquisition of OMA stake
The awards were presented on January 25, 2024, in New York.
