Davis Polk was honored in connection with its role advising PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (“Gojek”) on its merger with Tokopedia, which was named among the “Impact Deals of the Year” at International Tax Review’s 2022 Asia-Pacific Tax Awards. The awards honor the best performing tax and transfer pricing firms, teams, individual practitioners and in-house tax advisors across the region.

The ITR awards were presented virtually on August 25, 2022.
