We advised Uniti Group on the sale to Phoenix Tower International

Davis Polk is advising Uniti Group Inc. in connection with the sale of its tower business in Mexico, Colombia and Nicaragua to Phoenix Tower International Spain ETVE, S.L.U., a portfolio company of Phoenix Tower International. The transaction is expected to close in the first or second quarter of 2019.

Uniti, an internally managed real estate investment trust, is engaged in the acquisition and construction of mission critical communications infrastructure, and is a provider of wireless infrastructure solutions for the communications industry. Phoenix Tower International owns and operates wireless infrastructure sites in Central and South America.
