Brian advises developers, investors, lenders and technology companies on complex real estate and digital infrastructure transactions. His practice spans data center leasing and development, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and structured financings, and other large-scale asset backed transactions. He has represented clients on some of the market’s most significant AI and data center projects, including hyperscale leasing, compute infrastructure and development projects. 

He is recognized by Chambers USA, where sources note that he “does a great job at negotiating” and “is thoughtful and very pragmatic in working through deal related issues.”

Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure
  • Anthropic on numerous transactions, including data center leases and its multi-gigawatt compute transaction with Google and Broadcom
  • Cipher Digital on various transactions, including its $3 billion lease with Fluidstack and its $5.5 billion lease agreement with Amazon Web Services
  • Ionic Digital on its 10‑year, $2 billion triple‑net lease with Nscale for Ionic’s 234 MW Cedarvale data center campus
  • EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure on a $440 million data center development financing and a $1.9 billion project financing
  • Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division in its joint venture with data center industry executives to form Global Compute Infrastructure LP, a global data center infrastructure platform

  • McCourt Partners in a joint venture with MACK Real Estate Group for the $7 billion master-planned Halo Vista mixed-use development in Phoenix, AZ
