Davis Polk Advises Equinix on Its Acquisition of Packet Host, Inc.

Davis Polk is advising Equinix, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Packet Host Inc., the leading bare metal automation platform that provides innovative and developer-oriented bare metal services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
