Davis Polk advised CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. on its SEC-registered initial public offering of 20,700,000 shares of Class A common stock for an aggregate price to the public of approximately $703.8 million, including 2,700,000 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “CRWD.”
