Davis Polk Advises Banco Santander Chile on Its CHF125 Million Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised Banco Santander Chile in connection with its Regulation S offering in Switzerland of CHF125 million aggregate principal amount of 0.350% fixed-rate notes due 2025.
