Davis Polk Advises Banco Santander Chile on Its CHF115 Million Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised Banco Santander Chile in connection with its Regulation S offering in Switzerland of CHF115 million aggregate principal amount of 0.441% fixed-rate notes due 2023.
